Cancellation, Returns, Refunds and Replacement Policy

We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. However, if you encounter any quality concerns or are unsatisfied with our products for legitimate reasons, In that case, we offer a hassle-free replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

When returning products, kindly provide your order number, your name, the product name, and the reason for the return.

 

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by contacting us via phone or email. In such cases, we will refund any payments you have made for the order.

Cancellations after shipment or delivery will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company. Generally, we will fully cooperate with cancellations if the reasons are deemed genuine.

If we suspect any fraudulent activity by a customer or any transaction that violates the website’s terms and conditions, the Company reserves the right to cancel such orders at its discretion.

 

Replacement

In case of replacement, which will be at the discretion of the Company, the product to be replaced will be shipped by the Company within 7 days after receiving the request. If the replacement product cannot be shipped within 7 days, you will receive an automatic refund into your account, through which you have made the payment.

Refunds

At WELLTHZ, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to assist you with a seamless refund process.

– Eligibility for Refunds:

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Health-related products (such as supplements) may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety concerns unless there is a proven defect or damage.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all refund claims.

– Process for Refunds:

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at health@wellthz.com or call us at 1800-5700136. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details about the issue.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

– Refund on Damaged or Defective Products:

If your item is defective, or damaged, or you received the wrong product, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Please provide photo or video evidence of the damage within 48 hours of delivery for a prompt solution.

Returns, Refunds, or Replacements, are not possible in the following cases:

  • Used products, or products with broken seals (unless it’s a product quality defect)
  • Return requests made beyond 7 days of receiving the products
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price information & labels.
